This place needs a better culture and atmosphere...

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
New York, NY

I have been working at SNR Denton full-time for more than a year

ProsDecent salary; benefits could be way better. I do like that if necessary, I can work from home remotely.

ConsThe culture here is just awful. I mean, it's really poor. I don't think management really cares. Why would they? They're too busy thinking about money. The business services staff is underappreciated and working with some of the partners here has been incredibly difficult. It's all very black and white here and sometimes it just gets plain weird. After working here, I've decided to never work with lawyers agin.

Also, the computing system needs to be totally revamped. It's outdated and quite slow at times.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your employees better. We are NOT MINIONS.

DO NOT WORK FOR DENTON'S MARKETING DEPARTMENT. THEIR NEW CMO IS A NIGHTMARE.

Marketing (Current Employee)
New York, NY

I have been working at SNR Denton full-time

ProsThis might be a decent firm in some ways, but you should seriously consider looking elsewhere if considering a position in marketing.

ConsThe new CMO has a long history of short stints at many employers. Extremely unprofessional, conflict-creating conduct.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet a new CMO.

Working for this company is a pleasure!

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at SNR Denton

ProsI began working here over a year ago, and I have never felt so at home anywhere before. The work is what I love to do; the people are very encouraging and thoughtful; and the pay is commensurate with other firms of its size. I feel there is an opportunity to grow, and that everyone is considered carefully for their input.

ConsI have found no downside, as of yet.

Advice to Senior ManagementJust please continue to stay in touch with those "in the trenches." As a global firm, and with plans to grow even more in the future, don't lose touch with those who helped get you there.

Great environment

Accounts Payable Clerk (Current Employee)
Chicago, IL

I have been working at SNR Denton full-time for more than 5 years

ProsThe people are very friendly
Very flexible with hours.
The space to work in is great.

ConsSalary is not market value. The work load is a bit heavy for the title of the position. It should be renamed Accounting Cordinator.

Advice to Senior Managementhire from within and stop treating the employees as if they are not valuable to your organization.

It's a job

Legal Secretary (Current Employee)
New York, NY

I have been working at SNR Denton full-time for more than 5 years

ProsSirius is in the building -- celebrity sightings.

ConsCompany doesn't seem to give much regard to staff. Computer systems extremely outdated and frustrating -- crashes, extremely slow response time. Infrastructure clearly not a priority. Moral is a constant concern.

ConsLack of direction, management of associates is poor
