Be The First To
0% of the CEO
Pros – Lots of big challenges if you want.
Cons – You have to work really hard and long hours, it's hard to have a balanced life......
Pros – If you have a strong interest in the cellphone industry, then this could be a good place to learn before leaving for greener pastures. However, the industry as a whole is well on its way to becoming a commodity business with very little room for profit, putting great downward pressure on wages.
Cons – Absolutely no brand awareness, poor organization, frequent reshuffling, few skilled managers, very low compensation, lots of uncompensated overtime, lots of overtime linked to low basic compensation, very low communications skills among all employees from top to bottom,
Advice to Senior Management – Spend more time and resources developing talent, or spend the money to acquire talent from outside the organization. Build a foundation for success and stop wasting resources to re-invent the wheel for every single new product or service.
Pros – CEO has strong power comparing to other Japanese companies. It worked well in some case, but we have to get permission from him to move issues forward.
Cons – Always there are many changes even decided issue.
Advice to Senior Management – Nothing
