    Company with a legacy
The company employees have respect in the town of Tuticorin

I worked at SPIC full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The time I spent in SPIC was very useful for learning a lot technicall and function well in a team. There is no limit for you to probe techncially and so understand technical things related to the chemical process.

    Cons

Salary was not on par with the industry. We were expected to put in long working hours depending on the type of problems faced in the fertilizer plant without any time limit, without commensurate compensation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Those people who put in hard work need to be recognised more and compensated well.
