Current Employee – been working at SQA Labs full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Good Training with excellent placement. Been working for past two years and have never had any bad experience.Pays salary on time.

Cons – Average pay. Need to have better leave policy.
Need to provide more benefits to employees.

Pros – They are pro-active in terms of finding projects. They pay salary on time. They sponsor H-1B and Green Cards

Cons – Mimimal opportunities for career growth. Lack of transparency in contracts.

Advice to Senior Management – Remember that you are in business because of consultants. It pays to help them succeed.

Cons – not a good pay. No benefit at all

Pros – Sponsor H1B; Can give a new fresh the opportunities to begin a career as Business Analyst since the industry is asking the experience ones at the most of times.

Cons – the worst part you will find out immediately after you talked with any people in SQA LABS. Do not have any benefits beside the company only paid the half of the health insurances. Do not expect to get paid when you were out off projects. Do not expect to get a project easily if you do not come from India

Advice to Senior Management – I guess it will be really difficult to change anything since the economy is really bad now an I believe the new policy is only the painting hanging on the walls.
