    Prosmany and good opportunities, junior profil are trained, HR follow-up quite helpful, CMMI way to manage project makes very efficient PM.

    ConsParis HQ is not the best place to be, not very innovative any more, a new governancy plan for company almost every 6 months,
    Tends to become the same as others computer services company

    Advice to Senior ManagementBuild a long term vision, establish a strategy to reach it, and keep on it for 2 years at least !!!

    Prosas any job, it's paid. That's good. If you're good at that, you will also probably find ways to do nothing the whole day, and to complain about your colleagues or basically anything. Another thing is you might find some good buddies there, but they probably won't stay long.

    Consthe management is a disaster. Apart from changing rules all the time and putting a max pressure on employees, they are good at nothing. It is like a microcosm which lives (on you) outside of the reality. Only money matters, the customer satisfaction is not a problem (we'll find other customers) and the employees -- same. The CEO is a shame.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTo the very top management I would say that to change something, it is necessary to completely remove all the heads of this company. Arrogance is not a management strategy. Only results matter, and as a matter of fact, the managers don't get results.

    Où l'opportunité et la diversité priment sur les primes

    ProsGrande diversité au niveau des typologies de clients, projets et des technologies. Grande diversité culturelle, ce qui est rare pour les sociétés françaises. Application de la méthode CMMI sur les projets forfaits. Méthodologie de gestion du personnel People CMM (P-CMM). "Labs" à la Google, où les idées prometteuses de chacun peuvent être soumises, jugées par les paires, puis si plébiscitées, mises sur une piste de développement accélérée, voire se voir rémunérées.

    ConsRémunération inférieure à la moyenne du marché. Pas d'intéressement au résultat. Rachats constants d'autres sociétés, ce qui rend difficile la compréhension de la globalité de l'offre commerciale et les possibilités d'évolution professionnelle.

    Advice to Senior ManagementDonne plus de visibilité sur la stratégie de croissance du groupe et la façon dont les sociétés nouvellement acquises s'y inscrivent. Rechercher des moyens supplémentaires, dont certains financiers, pour impliquer et récompenser les salariés.
