    Pros

I worked with a personally great team. We were given latitude to work and get our job done.

    Cons

Latitude to work was slowly chipped away at. Didn't have a feeling that our team was valued as employees higher up the chain. Internal movement was touted as pro, but difficult in actuality.

    Pros

Got placed into a great area at SRA. Everyone I worked with was nice and I had my own office right out of college.

    Cons

I was promised a job right after graduation and did not actually get placed into a paying position for 6 months.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to compete with other similar companies, especially with new hires right out of college.
