    SRA International Anonymous:   (Current Employee)

    Pros

    - A generally collegial environment.
    - Solid benefits package.
    - Senior management's commitment the company's core values of Honesty and Service is genuine, especially when it comes to customers.

    Cons

    - Recent leadership changes and back-and-forth shifts in stratetic direction have resulted in a company that seems to constantly ask itself, "Who do we want to be"?
    - Senior leadership's seeming refusal to accept responsibility for its decisions has eroded employee confidence in leadership. But for a still uncertain labor market, even in the DC-area, many employees would likely see if the grass is greener elsewhere.
    - Employees located at customer sites are too often invisible, though, in fairness, management seems to make an earnest attempt to enhance outreach to all employees.
    - The 401(k) match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan are the weakest elements of an otherwise solid benefits package.
    - The company is not the benevolent employer it would like employees to believe it is.
    - Recent senior leadership changes, including a couple highly visible internal promotions, are questionable.

    Advice to Senior Management

    - What was wrong with being a highly regarded small- to mid-size federal contractor? Instead of providing a well-defined set of offerings and delivering quality results, the company seems to want to be everything to everyone and hopes it doesn't screw-up too badly.
