I have been working at SRA International full-time for more than a year
Pros – Here are some of the best reasons to work for SRA in my opinion: Flexible schedules, partial or full telecommuting available for some jobs (working from home), and domestic partner health insurance
Cons – I know this seems very petty, but one con, in my opinion, involves not enough of celebrating the employees themselves. For example, I would like to have at least one monthly celebration for all the folks with birthdays in that particular month.
Advice to Senior Management – Since SRA is a bigger company from the one I worked at previously, it seems a bit more scattered and unorganized. Some of the folks in leadership positions seem to need a little more 'hands on experience' with the day-to-day activities so they have a better understanding of what is going on.

I have been working at SRA International full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Established record as a good Federal IT contractor
Not many crazies in management
Cons – Performance slipping in recent years after decades of growth
Acquisitions and getting acquired has produced management churn
Not clear where things are headed
Advice to Senior Management – I wish upper management had a better idea of what people at the bottom do in their work directly with the client. We're slipping into being just another contracting shop that works hard to put up good numbers (like all the other guys). Develop better pathways to advance inside the company because internal mobility is not functioning at all right now.

Pros – Large company with lots of opportunity. Forbes '100 best places to work'. Competitive salary.
Cons – Difficult acquisitions going on right now. Not sure of the outcome.
Advice to Senior Management – More communication is needed from top to bottom.
