    Pros

SRG has competitive salaries and benefits, I love the people. The company fosters teamwork and rewards creativity. I love it!

    Cons

Not everyone shares the same passion for the growth of the business. In a growing company there is constant change, not everyone is open to it.

    Pros

Lots of paid holidays. Good benefits.

    Cons

There is a disconnect from the salary and hourly staff, don't provide enough support to help fix problems and overtime can be on extremely short notice.

    Pros

You can learn a lot about auto injection molding for today's auto industry. The ins and outs of what is except-able or not to the major auto companies for example Ford, BMW, Nissan and more.

    Cons

As a line worker most come in as temp workers and are expected to learn different lines auto parts coming off of conveyor belts in real time during their very short training period and as a supervisor you don't have real power to make a difference in the atmosphere of you team to help them develop or progress to next level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There has to change to a few people in upper management, not that they are not knowledgeable they are not open to real change and to even control what people watch WOW. You folks need to wake up and move into the future. Same thing, same results?????
