I have been working at SRV Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Super people, it is really easy to get connected and get motivated.
Cons – Porpably not using best practises, code of conduct is still in a state of becoming.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Cons – further career development for now is seem to be a questionable thing

“Chaotic”
I worked at SRV Group
Pros – No real pros, except meeting other very good people who are badly managed
Cons – Fluctuation of major targets set ( for example three times within one week), no back up and when sending message about necessary correction the managment shoots the messanger.
Advice to Senior Management – Resing.
