Pros – SRV is like a family, so many people who work there have worked there for ages, they try to keep their seasonal employees motivated by having the "Cal-ympics" where each department hosts different competitions for the week. There are prizes and its nice to have a 15 minute work break while you get to know your fellow coworkers better.
Cons – There are so many seasonal people in their business model, maybe it would be nice if they offered more full time jobs.

Pros – No real pros, except meeting other very good people who are badly managed
Cons – Fluctuation of major targets set ( for example three times within one week), no back up and when sending message about necessary correction the managment shoots the messanger.
