    Pros

The casual and friendly atmosphere made it a lot of fun working at SSMU. I learned a lot working here. It is a great place to start if you are looking to gain that first job as a student.

    Cons

The pay is relatively low. Some processes at SSMU are not well established or enforced, so things could at times seem unorganized.

    Pros

Working at SSMU is an enjoyable experience. The culture of the office is laid back, and hours--depending on your position--never get in the way of school.

    Cons

The current (or expected) salary freeze will mean less opportunities for students looking for part-time work. Though the laid back style of the office is a pro for most people, some "serious" employees might dislike the actions of certain employees who are, after all, students.

    Cons

Difficult to make advancements. A lot of favorites and not a lot of fair promotions. Not based on skill at all.

    Advice to Management

I think that they need to have higher compensation which will lead to employees wanting to work there for a long time
