    Best part-time work on campus

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Montreal, QC (Canada)

ProsWorking at SSMU is an enjoyable experience. The culture of the office is laid back, and hours--depending on your position--never get in the way of school.

ConsThe current (or expected) salary freeze will mean less opportunities for students looking for part-time work. Though the laid back style of the office is a pro for most people, some "serious" employees might dislike the actions of certain employees who are, after all, students.

Prosit is a great place with a lot of room for advancements. fun people to work with. overall good experience

ConsDifficult to make advancements. A lot of favorites and not a lot of fair promotions. Not based on skill at all.

Advice to Senior ManagementI think that they need to have higher compensation which will lead to employees wanting to work there for a long time
