    Pros

Getting a paycheck.. small as it may be for all the hard work that you do that goes unnoticed.

    Cons

Getting a lousy paycheck for tireless work.

    Advice to Management

You need to start doing right by your employees. Pay them properly. Stop cutting benefits. Provide better training. Treat employees with dignity and respect. Train incoming management properly. Stop bringing in inexperienced upper management. Upper management and human resource people need to learn how to talk to their employees without being condescending. Complaints need to be acknowledged and taken seriously. Harassment by other employees should not be tolerated. Earned paid vacation days are allowed to be taken whenever requested and that needs to be honored and not taken away. Employees should not be subjected to favoritism or unfair treatment by management.

A bit of a mad house, but nice enough people. Management gets the bad end of the stick.

    Pros

Mandatory raises for hourly employees, 40 hours a week, overtime when nobody shows up (happens a lot), flexible bid schedules based on seniority.

    Cons

Lots of micromanaging from higher-ups, seniority based favoritism, no holidays off unless they are regularly scheduled off days, high turnover, pays for public transportation then keeps you after buses stop running with threats of write-ups, insubordinate coworkers not getting penalized.

    Advice to Management

Pay better to attract and keep better employees.

    Pros

Money sometimes, management, people I work with

    Cons

Where should I even begin this is the worst of the worst company after 6+ years they tell us 2 days before Thanksgiving we are closing sometime between then and Dec.31 no severance pay and no care or worries about its employees who have been there making them $$ from day one. No one to give honest truth and then they try to bail on owed PTO hours to top it all off. I cannot believe these heartless "people" keep on making your money

    Advice to Management

Be honest with employees who have your back every single day.

    Pros

Typical food service job really. Really great time vacation hours.

    Cons

Working at at airport meant you never knew what your day would be, sometimes busy, sometimes slow.
They didn't give raises, they only gave promotions (and only if you were full time).
Management played favorites, found ways to fire employees they didn't like.

  10. Helpful (1)

It was fun working at the airport, however the company not so much

    Pros

Some of the fellow employees were fun to work with and It was great to meet all the nice people traveling and hear their stories.

    Cons

Some of the worse management there is. Some managers acted like they cared when all they really did was talk about you behind your back. Others would show up and do nothing but flirt with staff. The rules change depending on who is involved. You never get off at your scheduled time. Lot of employee just stand around, and other ones have to Pick up their slack.you earn time off but when you go to use it it seems to have disappeared . Too much to list about cons

    Advice to Management

Hire more professional staff including management and make sure everyone is on the same page with rules and follow thru.

    Pros

The yearly bonus MANAGERS get from not staffing needed dishwasher, bussers, host, cashiers etc.
No need to worry about proper cleaning, sanitizing or food handling. So check for moldy bread..
You can get away with more than 27 write ups apparently. Which is not a 'pro' if you're not the one receiving them.

    Cons

Favoritism everywhere. Managers nowhere to be found.Menu buttons don't work. Not properly staffed.** No dish SOAP many times**. Menus are wrong, prices are wrong. We don't carry supplies needed maybe coffee cups one day maybe ketchup the next. Need more? Look up RNO restaurants review.

    Advice to Management

Get some leadership skills, maybe a degree. Learn the computer system, to make schedules, to do inventory, to communicate. Learn your manners.
