Pros
There are lots of overtime to compensate for the lower basic salaries. Some engineers are running shifts.
Cons
Salary increment is very pathetic. Much less than inflation rate.
Advice to Senior Management
Treasure and cherish your staff.

A company that can work to earn some bucks for your living even the company is running based on electronics contract manufacturing services.

Company business always up and down and not much people development due to cost constraint which holding up many good ideas and project to improve the company.

Put more focus on your employee as an asset to the company because once you lose your good employee you will lose your competency in the industry
Pros
Good if your boss is well respected in the organization it helps to get things done. Annual Leave offered is pretty decent, but only if you have the luxury of planning when you want to take it, that's the hard part.
Cons
When a fish stinks, it's stinks from the head. So bottom line driven at the expenses of everything else (else being employee welfare, engagement, development and respect). Forget Work-life balance.

Bad treatment of employees especially of managemnet staff who are consistently pressured

Learn to harness the strength of key people by encoragement rather than threats and intimidation.

Seems it's developing quite fast and trying to be the "T" in assembly, packaging and testing.. Senior management team leads the team closely. many chances to expose yourself to management team
Cons
system is too bad. Benefit is not really good. Salary maybe above average.. not much fun at work and relationship between colleagues are not really good....

try to give more benefits: leaves, OT, medical compensations.... make the work place brighter and make the work space wider. it will improve efficiency.

Chance to work with some very intelligent, hard working individuals

if you want job security this is not the industry for you
