Very concerned about employee wellbeing. Supportive and international, an interesting mix of people from all over the world. Challenging and smart founders who will listen to everyone in the business and take on board suggestions and ideas.

    Cons

Sometimes the communication can be difficult between teams and excessive process can be frustrating.

    Pros

-overall great company comprised of young, driven people -fun team events -amazing team spirit and company values -great place to learn and grow in the areas you want because of small size and small teams -open communication between new york office and international offices -friendly & open office culture that makes everyone motivated and happy to come to work every day.

    Cons

    - structured with flat hierarchy which means no straightforward paths for advancements, but the other effects of a flat hierarchy outweigh this con.

    Pros

The most attractive aspect about STYLIGHT is the company's constant ability to offer an inspiring and creative culture. All offices are motivated and eager to learn-- that energy alone is incredibly valuable.

    Cons

With global offices, oftentimes communication can be difficult.

    Pros

-Like any office or workplace, there is a hierarchy but at STYLIGHT you feel a part of the team, as opposed to an individual, lone worker. -Everyone is young and inspired, ready to work. -Dress code that allow you to express your personal style. -Open office space allows for easy and open communication.

    Cons

-If you like firm, corporate structure this is not a place for you. There's a lot of change and growth that's constantly happening. You need an open mindset that's not focused on corporate protocol. -This is applicable to the job market as a whole, but the future in terms of career opportunities is unclear.

    Pros

The team was very young and international with a lot of perks and after- work activities.

    Cons

They rely heavily on interns, therefore it is very hard for interns to have an opportunity to get a job there.

    Pros

The founders deeply care about real process change and continuous improvement. Even though Stylight's been around for almost a decade, the Lean spirit drives all business decisions and engineers are entrusted to make architectural revolutions to set us apart from the pack.

    Cons

If after work parties or weekend ski-trips are not your thing, you should probably consider a different employer.
