- friendly working environment, regular team builiding activities
- a lot of benefits from the works council

Cons – - rare scenario: being offered a long-term job after an internship
- feeling of impersonalization
- worst geographic positioning: La Defense Paris

Cons – Salaries.....and french way to think and manage people, no or little responsabilities.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to other employées and share something with your staff.

Pros – You should not apply for a job in this company. They just do not care about their employees, and the management team has no leadership skill at all!

Cons – No knowledge sharing / communication. They just do not care about their employees, and the management team has no leadership skill at all. The compensation & benefits program is very poor

Advice to Senior Management – Huge work stil has to be done on: communication, HR processes & practices, leadership. Employees have to be valued according to their skills and what they bring to the company

Pros – Great professional and ethical values in the environmental services sector.
Opportunities to get jobs in various locations, worldwide.
Good training opportunities

Cons – Individual performance is not rewarded enough.
Slow pace to get promoted.
Silos between the different branches. Still some difficulties to switch from a sector to another one (waste/water/engineering).

Advice to Senior Management – Need for a better reward.effort system to keep the young employees motivated. This is essential to promote intitiave and new ideas in the industry.
