Current Employee – been working at SUTTER HEALTH / MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great people to work with and good company and benefits. Within the department there were flexible schedule opportunities. Larger company offers a little more stability then some of the smaller companies, especially during difficult economic times.

Cons – The only major con was that the company was large enough that it was difficult when reductions had to be made company wide. When some cuts are required and letting people go from already tight departments creates difficult situation

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the employee needs.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Good benefits are the only positive I can think of.

Cons – Definite lack of departmental communication. Doctors want it now, but do not help make it happen by not paying attention to their own schedule.
