    Pros

I cannot think of any pros here. Perhaps someone else will buy them and then things would get better. Not sure if that will happen. The company has been missing numbers all year.

    Cons

Company is missing numbers and does not have smart people in the proper places to turn it around. It's too bad because there are a lot of good people in the trenches there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to pay for performance instead of paying for how well your butt gets kissed

I have been working at SVP Holdings

    Pros

Very flat management chain, employee manager - Sr VP - CEO. with open doors.

Sr Mangement has a talent of building upper managment teams with goals and expectations.
The teams are then left free to fulfill the task.

Thru tough and very hard actions SVP has beenable to keep the company viable durring these hard times. I saw managers fully aware of thier termination dates fighting and working to help thier employees make thru the changes.

    Cons

I agree there was (and are some) some chaos as the company gave up the lush offices and was forced to combine programs. They reduced Sr VPs by half, shifting the responsabilty to the other Sr VPs. Moving from 5 year buisness plan to a 3 month or 6 month (sometimes it feels like a 2 day) can be confusing. But these days 3 months is about how far ahead you can plan for.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They made very hard decision that allowed them to keep benifits very low, quickly return 401k matching.
