    Pros

work from home, easy application process, can move up quickly into a supervisor position if you're looking to advance

    Cons

poor benefits, no paid time off, supervisors and management are overworked and underpaid

    Advice to Management

I was everything from a phone rep all the way to supervisor, trainer, and assistant Team Lead. It's easy to move up into a supervisor position, becoming a trainer or a team lead can be a bit tricky. The team leads and trainers are not paid enough for all they do

    Pros

They care about you as a individual

    Cons

No chance of a raise from $9.50 so if not cutting it with sales or other incentives you won't make much

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone the same as a equal and not play favoritism so much and look at a pay raise cost of living is going up

    Pros

Allows you to work from home.

    Cons

Never a singular point of contact. Not informed of who the Human Resources person is and how to contact them. High turnover in all levels. Low pay. Metrics-based job with many metrics out of your control. Poor training.

    Advice to Management

Pay people enough to reduce turnover. Have consistency.

    Pros

Great atmosphere, metrics are fairly accessible for a call center.

    Cons

Compensation is very low, attrition is very high.

Increasing pay will lower attrition incredibly.

    Pros

I like that I could work from home. They also provided all the necessary training.

    Cons

Some of the cons would be that I would be asked to cut my shift earlier on many occasions.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be that if you hire people for a full time job please let us know in advance that the job is part time
