    Pros

Great pay and benefits. Fantastic supportive supervisors and bonuses for things you should be doing anyway... Like coming to work.

    Cons

Things change quite a bit and it does feel like they are constantly adding to the expectations they have set for us. This job is great for me because I adapt easy but its definetly not for someone who can't maintain a go with the flow outlook.

    Advice to Management

My only advice is to stop raising the sales expectations as it feels like it puts the focus more on sales and less on actually resolving the customers issues

    Pros

It's a steady job. Hard to get fired from. The pros are very hard th o think of outside of a steady paycheck.

    Cons

Pay checks are horrible. No advancement team leads make a dollar more then reps. Leads never want to help if when they do it's attitude. Everyone does not get treated the same.

    Pros

Work from home, Several different companies to work for.

    Cons

The hours are inconsistent. Some weeks I was lucky to get 10 hours. I was hired to work full time.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire so many people and then get rid of them because there isn't enough calls coming in

    Pros

The best reason for working at Sykes was location. Not many jobs in lakeland, fl but Sykes has a commutable location

    Cons

Its sad to say, this company cater's to very uneducated people. The employees are extremely ghetto, ignorant and rude. Management requires high school diploma and higher but I know people personally that don't have that and somehow manage to obtain employment

    Advice to Management

Management, there are so many things I could critize and critique. In my professional experience its mainly about who you know, not what you know.

    Pros

It's a nice place to work at if you have the patience to deal with unprofessional managers. Good income, plus incentives.

    Cons

No pay raise, health plan is too expensive, managers don't have a clue about what they're doing, too many side rules that are not in the employee handbook, no room for improvement.

    Advice to Management

This review is based off the Lakeland 1 site.

There's too much micro managing going on, and employees are being forced to work in an unprofessional environment. Never, have I worked in a company where my superiors did not know to do the work at hand. Your "TM's" need to be retrained.
