Laid back, not much hassle, the occassional free meal paid by the company, annual sales convention, gas gards, proximity to my home
Cons
Commision structure, not much room for advancement, not very structured and not very organized, the pointless sales training, department sales setup
Advice to Senior Management
less sales training, more room for advancement, better commision structure, more organization, more individual reward based on sales achievment, quicker response time
