    Pros

Salary good, benefits good but no future unless you're willing to liar to customers. That still isn't a pro situation, is it!?

    Cons

Right hand doesn't have any idea what the left hand is doing. Company doesn't work as a team; only worry about yourself, not anyone else. Pass additional cost onto the customer; don't try to help the restaurant hinder as much as possible.

    Advice to Management

Try to understand what the sales force is going through. If they have any idea about the sales force. It's a shame that they won't say what is really on their mind.
