    Pros

The people are fantastic and senior management genuinely cares about the people who work there. Huge appetite for change and transformation from being a good agency to a great one once again.

    Cons

A long way to go to be a great agency again, but no doubt it will happen as the people make this agency what it is.

    Pros

The best aspect of the whole job was the fact that I was immersed in an open collaborative work environment. The office was also great, specifically designed to bring out creativity and innovative ideas. You would have an Ideas Room and a Chill Room with a fussball table. Teamwork was a bliss. Such a great bunch of people.

    Cons

Well, one negative is that you can have a hard time finding a palce as awesome as that one if not hireed after the end of your internship.

    Pros

Great place to work. Treatment of employees is terrific. Casual at atmosphere that's creative and promotes collaboration.

    Cons

Difficult to get promoted into higher ranks due to people never leaving.

    Pros

The family atmosphere. You can always find someone to run down and have a drink with. They're people you can trust. You know they've got your back (and you theirs). Less layers to go through in sharing and reviewing work. Really GREAT work/life balance.

    Cons

While old is gold, some things just needs a regular update. Oh, the internet connection and the wonderful Lotus Notes email system is a pain to have to work with. Lack internally promoted people, so good talent goes to waste or eventually leaves the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Mid-level managers sometimes misunderstand the intention or make changes upper management 'decrees' more difficult, perhaps because they feel their roles/power as 'managers' might be compromised and they'd be rendered useless.
