    Pros

It is a great company to work at. Its size of employees is perfect. Management offers flexibility and accommodates to make sure the employees are happy and at ease in their work space. Is a company that is rising, and in the past months a growth in talent has occurred which proves management is listing and making sure that they stay competitive. In terms of workload, sometimes is very stressful making deadlines but Management offers compensation for it and make sure that everyone is well rested even if it means giving free days after a stressful event. Everyone knows everyone! And Management knows the name, position and takes the time to know each and everyone which makes it a friendly place to work in. Benefits are great. Better than what is expected to have in Software Companies. You know it is a stable and good company when you have senior management with 27 years of loyalty to the company. Compensation is good, and in average with the standard.

    Cons

Since it is a small company the facilities are not that great. Computers are great and the technology is there but there is too many people sometimes located at the offices and desks could be updated. It is not the most inspirational environment and since space is limited sometimes is difficult for creativity sessions. And then when privacy is needed the offices lack noise cancellation.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at SabiaMed full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

more experience and knowledge in the field. (I don't know what else I can write here as a pro... )

    Cons

salary does not compensate the work effort. internal issues, bad coordination. the clients were complaining constantly about the service and support. deficient project management organization. the pending issues are not resolved in a timely manner. there is no team work or management support. the environment is charged of negative energies, irrelevant and unnecessary gossips and there is no thirst to meet goals because the personnel overall demonstrates frustration. nepotism is allowed and favoritism is notable.

    Advice to Management

management won't care about any advise that personnel could offer.

I have been working at SabiaMed full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Sabiamed has had a successful track in the healthcare software industry, with over 15 years of clinical intelligence incorporated in their products it has proven to be a leader. There are a lot of opportunities to grow and develop as a professional in a highly demanded industry. Always looking for new and talented programming resources.

    Cons

This is a company to be located in the heart of the metropolitan area, rather than in Caguas.

    Advice to Management

Keep on the good work, continue investing in research and development, strengthen your support team and concentrate on rewarding achievements. This is a company to keep an eye on, since it's been expanding their client base and services consistenly in the past five years.

I worked at SabiaMed full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It USED to be a great company to grow and learn. The team work used to be great and very challenging. Of course, that's all in the past now.

    Cons

Like most of small/medium family-run businesses, Sabiamed's administration is a complete mess. The VPs and directive positions are really decorative since the real person acting as CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CMO, CCO, CRO and CIO is a young, unexperienced individual who is part of the owning family. As expected, the administration is nonexistent, there is no vision whatsoever and the overall employee frustration can be felt miles away. Favoritism is evident and those who are favored are constantly stepping over and humiliating those who are not in the favored group. If you are a serious professional, you have nothing to do even considering coming to Sabiamed, however, if you are part of the family, then it doesn't matter how mediocre you are, you'll find a safe haven there. The harassment policies are also suspect. Everybody (from top to bottom) speaks about anything (sex, politics, religion, etc) regardless of how inappropriate it may be.

    Advice to Management

They won't care so I'm not going to waste any keystrokes.
