A great place to work and develop as a professional in the healthcare industry

Senior Developer (Current Employee) Caguas, PR

ProsSabiamed has had a successful track in the healthcare software industry, with over 15 years of clinical intelligence incorporated in their products it has proven to be a leader. There are a lot of opportunities to grow and develop as a professional in a highly demanded industry. Always looking for new and talented programming resources.

ConsThis is a company to be located in the heart of the metropolitan area, rather than in Caguas.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep on the good work, continue investing in research and development, strengthen your support team and concentrate on rewarding achievements. This is a company to keep an eye on, since it's been expanding their client base and services consistenly in the past five years.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

ConsManagement is not organised. Task priorities always changing without completion.

from a current employee over 2 years and looking forward for other offerings.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

Prosemployees are good and somehow prepared with experience acquired thru the years. it's a good beginning for a recently graduated developer, programmer or tech support.

Consthe management does not value, listen or care about suggestions or issues. clients complain about the service or unsolved situations. the company promises in activities to accomplish goals and to be stable... but there's no reward or grants for the employees that realize the effort. the salary is low and there's no benefits comparing to other companies that I have searched.

Advice to Senior Managementtime ago Sabiamed was a family and a great place to work in.
