    Pros

big enough to do BIG stuff small enough to see your fingerprint on BIG stuff Great CEO Bright minds everywhere very attuned to community and customers

    Cons

complex industry drives complex solutions Matrix organization chart is often difficult to discern Roles and responsibilities are often ambiguous

Be willing to call the "tie" and set the course Appreciate desire to play in multiple segments -- but the channel conflicts around every decision causes watered down position -- would love to be for one customer groups and go all in!

    Pros

Planned work using Agile Methodology. Good Health plan options. Nice work options (Work from Home option, Working remotely). Good work and life balance. Good global company. Has big development offices in Karakow and India as well.

    Cons

Need more seating space. Two people share a cube. Recent layoffs.

    Advice to Management

Need less managers. Each Manager should have at least 10 reporting team members. There are lot of managers per each project, who don't have minimum 5 reporting people (Some has just 1 or 2).
