I have been working at Sabre full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Work culture, the industry of work and the expertise of the company in aviation
A very good set of colleagues and peers which makes you visit office everyday
    Flexibility

    Cons

I think there are some inefficiencies on how a product is managed overall, this is natural and the firm is now evolving which is still good than a con. Documentation would help reduce a lot of these

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing in specific. Retain the brilliant work culture and policies and we will get the best people
