    Company provides employment.

Cyber Security Engineer (Current Employee) Aberdeen, MD

ProsIt provides a reasonable employment. It is not for highly educated or experienced people.

ConsNo promotions, no raise, no educational benefits.

Advice to Senior ManagementThey can follow the model of best companies of united states for promotions, performance appraisal and benefits.

ProsSabre is a good place to work. They have the small business feel but still a lot of the same benefits of working for a big company. As a govt contractor though the biggest thing is just making sure that they win the next contract.

ConsNot really any cons. Sequester caused some loss of benefits but that was really just the govt's fault.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Good experience

    Manager (Former Employee) Warrington, PA

ProsGood work/life balance, obtainable expectations, good communication between employees at various offices, average health benefits, new headquarters in Warrington, PA as of 2011 in completely new building.

ConsLimited growth opportunities, lack of direction from specific managers, extremely large gap in salaries between Director and Manager level, headquarters are located in undesireable area.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelop stronger career growth plans for mid-level management and weed out poor managers.

ProsGreat culture, benefits, competitive salary, nice facilities, commitment to the community, and good training opportunities.

ConsCommute and traffic to office is frustrating at times.

Advice to Senior ManagementSPMP is way too complicated, could streamline process better.

    This is a starter job...

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Philadelphia, PA

    ProsTraining is ok.
Holiday parties are nice loaded with prizes (from the extra money they keep from contracts).
    Benefits are ok.

ConsBetter communication between management and employees should be a priority.
Low compensation (government pays 100% for contractors, Sabre pays out less than 20%, and keeps 70+% profit).

Advice to Senior ManagementEnroll in management classes, and get in tune with the people are trying to tell you.

Great place to work, great atmosphere

SharePoint Consultant (Current Employee) Warminster, PA

ProsJust a good overall place to work, no micro-management.

ConsThere really isn't a downside. The people are friendly and the work hours are great

Advice to Senior ManagementI think they're doing a good job, they always request feedback and generally allow you to do your job.

    They were ok

    Consultant (Former Employee)

ProsFlexible work hours depending on client, reasonable time-keeping and expense reporting systems in place, good administrative staff and they paid you on time.

    ConsBody shop approach to consulting.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement did ok considering the consulting approach is more of a body-shop approach. Share information better across projects if at all possible.

Much better companies to work for

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsSome interesting contracts to work on

ConsNo communication from top management throughout the organization
Top management does not listen to their managers or staff
Opportunities are for the select few particularly in upper management

Advice to Senior ManagementGet management training and listen to what all staff are saying and not just the ones that tell you what you want to hear
Share the wealth with the staff that perform the contract work and who really make your profit possible.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
