Overall - a good experience and great place to start a logistics job.

    Logistics Coordinator (Current Employee)
    Elwood, IL

ProsNew location for the company, so they have plenty of openings. Lots of hours for overtime. Good opportunity for entry level office work.

ConsHours are inconsistent. Since location is new, work can be hectic. Due to scheduling inconsistencies, what should be an 8-9 hour day can turn into 10-12 hours.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more hands on regarding the training.

Great People, Pay way below market

    Operations (Former Employee)

ProsGreat people to work with. Team oriented.

ConsSalary is way below market. They have a performance review process that is more detailed than sending someone to the moon. Not a real motivator.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Unless you enjoy nepotism, blatant diregard of policies by management, and false promises STAY AWAY!

    Forklift Operator (Current Employee)
    Fort Worth, TX

ProsGreat work scheduled offered on paper. Just changed vacation policy for new employees for the better.

ConsRetaliation and selfish behaviors by supervisors. Managament is always on you with corrective actions to make you look bad and protect themselves while they surf the internet on thier phones and compters and stand around with hands in pockets talking about what they did the night before. Not the place to be if you want a consistent paycheck. You will be brought in with the imprssion of getting full time pay and being sent home at 25 - 30 hrs a week due to lack of business and then be expected to work 7 days a week during a busy time (NOT CONSISTENT). Revolving door for both management and hrly employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementFacility managers need to stop overlooking current talent and work on the managment in place to correct those problems. Hourly employees are folloing the leads and supervisors examples. Be more consistent.
