    Pros

    Very good benefits
    Interns are highly appreciated
    A lot of learning opportunities

    Cons

As an intern i didn't get to learn that much about the technical side of the company because I was placed in one department

    Advice to Management

Make it possible for interns to change departments to increase knowledge and at least give them opportunity to choose what they want to specify in

    Pros

Good at investing in employees, continuous learning and training encouraged. Probably the best medical cover by any Kenyan corporate.

    Cons

Poor remuneration, especially for lower tier employees. Work-life balance heavily compromised especially for call center staff.

    Advice to Management

Make more effort to retain talent as significant resources have been used in hiring and training. Lessen the salary gap between the various employee tiers

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

The company really tries to take care of its staff by giving salary and benefits that are top notch.

    Cons

A company is only as good as its employees. It's a man-eat-man culture and if your not willing to play the game then you will get pushed out. No apologies made. Work life balance is difficult to achieve because of the work load.

    Advice to Management

A large part of top management is rotten and should genuinely and objectively be checked as they influence company culture and staff morale either positively or negatively.
