This place is better then reality TV. There is always work that are challenging and unique to keep you busy and breeze through the week. As long as you can handle the high energy and fast pace work environment, then you can make a name for yourself.

As a warning, some are just coasting by that management are aware of, however lack the time to address them. Try to stay awhile from those just coasting, as junior engineers typically pickup their bad habits. Eventually from natural selection, the coasters are weeded out when management find the time out of their already busy schedule. (Always good for moral when that happen and its better then reality TV at times.)
