    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Jeff Landi is not the CEO nor was he ever so whoever added that isn't accurate. There also is not a CTM in NY currently so that review of the company is not accurate either.

    Pros

The work/life balance is good if you do your job right. There's no such thing as an emergency if you don't let it become a last-minute thing. People are professional and good to work with. Great place to test your CS abilities and grow professionally as there are some great peers you can learn a lot from.

    Cons

Micromanaging, training tools and courses could be better. Compensation could be a lot better.
