Pros
Union Salary and Benifits. It is also an industry in which people always need. Everyone needs food, no matter what.
Cons
They want you to work all the time and only employees who have bene their a while get paid decently.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay your begginig employees better and you will have better qualtity, happier employees, and therefore happier custoemrs.
