hours that work around a student's schedule
Cons
Boring, repetitive work without respect.
Have to keep yourself looking busy, even if nothing to do.
Feet get sore from excessive standing, minimal breaks.
Likely to deny vacation requests even if requested well ahead of time.Advice to Senior Management
Provide those that are capable with more mind-stimulating work
