    Pros

    Fairly decent salary
    pension
    medical
    no weekend work
    close to tube station

    Cons

con you into doing more work for no extra pay. Management style is do what I say and not what I do while they lay on the internet all day and you have to work and boy dont get caught on the internet even for a second and their will be hell to pay. Utter pathetic management style and horrible work environment, their is no atmosphere in the office as this is not allowed or encouraged it is just work work work. Come to work before your starting time to catch up on some work or do some online training you are still expected to answer the phones or their will be trouble for you (so what is the point of coming in early?????) They are too cheap to hire a receptionist to field the calls you are doing your job while you are playing receptionist and fielding calls to idiots that have your direct line.

    Advice to Management

Far too many managers that just sit around on the internet all day or "so called work from home" why dont you start showing your employees a bit more respect!!!!!!!!

    Pros

People there are friendly, fairly easy working environment, Acct Manager was very helpful to help jump star my work. Location is also very ideal.

    Cons

Previous accounting practices were very messy and unorganized, many of the orders are written down by hand, thus often create confusion whether an order has been paid or not.
