  • Company really has it together, from there revenue management systems to their benefits they really understand the industry (in 3 reviews)

  • The starting wage for most hourly employees seems fair for this sity (in 2 reviews)

Cons
  • Very low pay scale, management in constant turmoil, lack of any good leadership leading to much misbehavior from management on site (in 3 reviews)

  • Lack of involvement by corporate management at the property-level (in 3 reviews)

    I have been working at Sage Hospitality full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Sage works hard to make sure we have a great team to work with and good pay and benefits. The hotel needs some investment but I get that is the owner's responsibility, not Sage's. I like working for a company that gets it even if it is sometimes hard to deliver. They care. Our hotel is being renovated which is nice. Everything in the guest rooms is new. Sage has sent in a lot of task force people to help us with the renovation so it is like being in a big family.

    Cons

    We are the only Sage hotel in the state so we dont get the benefit of working with other Sage hotels.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up with renovations and such in the future.

    Good co workers nothing more

    Money n treatment .....no benifits no hours pay cut of 10% 5 yrs ago no advancement within cult like company

    I worked at Sage Hospitality full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Not much other then good employees but they get fired or quit fast

    Cons

    Poor pay, poor general manager, poor, poor, poor, bed bugs in entire hotel, broken elevators, broken staff

    Advice to Management

    the general manager needs to get a grip and stop encouraging the wrong people
