    Pros

I think that people are great to work with, and their offices are beautiful to work in

    Cons

They have let go a massive amount of people who were strong performers and were good leadership. Most of the work is controlled by the US offices with no understanding of Canadian culture and customers. They seem to think that US and Canada are the same countries so they try to mesh everything they do together which doesn't work.
They also have an incompetent HR team and Recruiters who work in the US who have no idea how to recruit Canadian employees as well. I find them to be clueless overall

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Separate Canada and the US - we are not the same country. If the leadership has to manage both countries then get to know Canada.

    Pros

    Company benefits and co workers

    Cons

Company only wants you to think about the company and no regular life. Stressfull. Does not care about Canadian clients anymore

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Company values lost when Current CEO came to the company. Has no idea about Canadian people or small bussiness. Have lost many clients to competition.

    Poor Middle Management, Depressing Culture

    Pros

Good benefits, opportunity to work remote, some nice employees, good GM

    Cons

horrible middle management and apathetic employees who are threatened by new employees who want to work hard and progress. Complete lack of corporate culture which is awash with office politics, favoritism, dishonest team members/employees and lots of bureaucratic red-tape.

If you want to spend your work life at a company that is completely boring, scared of innovation, rewards dishonest practices and thinks a fun employee activity is line dancing and building bird houses, then do apply.

If you want to spend your work life at a company that rewards modern innovation, hard work and a sense of ownership and honesty, run far away from this company and don't look back.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow the front-line employees to give feedback, really listen and try to foster and create a culture that embraces change (whether its for new employees or new ideas) and moves forward in the industry.

    Pros

The company atmosphere is good. The people are nice. Management gives you freedom to work without micromanagement (but there's a catch.) They give you a big desk and nice views from the office. The kitchen is good and the lunch room is very spacious. The pay was decent but that changed in 2012.

    Cons

They are a money obsessed company. They will go through surprising efforts to make a bigger profit, even if it means ripping off their customers, then they will blame it on system problems. They record your computer screen so management sees absolutely everything you do. The job itself is very stressful, every day you have to grind to meet sales. The base pay is crap. The only thing worth it were the commission cheques but every year they kept raising the targets so earning them became harder and harder.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please change your commission compensation.

Former Employee - Web Designer in Richmond, BC (Canada)

    Pros

The compensation and benefits are average. The workplace and work hours are comfortable and reasonable. Being a worldwide organization, there can be some opportunities to travel for work.

    Cons

The culture is corporate and static. It felt like doing the status quo, protecting your interests was the general attitude. There isn't a lot of risk-taking, innovation and creativity generally speaking.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think management needs to support innovation and take some risks when it comes to leading the company into the future.
