    Pros

    Innovative products, great strategy going forward, always new opportunities for career growth.

    Cons

    Annual Raises are a very small percentage of your base regardless of your level of performance. Need more internal product training to ensure all employees are aware and confident of products and services being offered now and in the near future.

    Award your highest performers with base salary raises.

    I have been working at Sage Payment Solutions full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    very flexible as a remote sales rep, potential for good pay if you don't mind screwing people over, great product offerings

    Cons

    no leadership, constant turnover and internal job reassignments makes it impossible to find resolution when issues arise. Focus is 100% on new business and they could care less if the client leaves tomorrow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Practice what you preach: Extraordinary customer experience should be more then just a passing slogan. Try caring about the client and supporting the employees that do as well instead of penalizing them for not bringing in more new and disgruntled customers.
