Sage Software Reviews

Pros
not micromanaged
they have been flexible with my need for time off for various personal reasons
Benefits are acceptable
People are nice
Very flat organization since all of the layoffsCons
lack of direction from upper management
stale products in dire need of updating
fixed annual release cycle for some products prohibits real developmentAdvice to Senior Management
Stop the forced upgrade on the retail products. Instead of releasing a new version every year, why not take the necessary time to develop a product that people will actually want to buy. Instead, we force them to upgrade when they want to add users to the installation.
