Flexible work hours and friendly environmental.
Salary is inline with other technology firms in the area.

Poor financial planning
Lack of product visioning
Reactive rather than proactive approach to software development
Poor incentive programs
Constant changes in focus due to all the above.Advice to Senior Management
Stop! Take a look around and determine what your core competencies are. Once you have assessed this, drop all non core competency projects and refocus on re-vitalizing your offerings into products which exceed the competition. Stop spreading the company thin by trying to please every possible market.
