Pros – They allow a better opportunity for your professional career. The starting salary is good and you can improve by gaining more skills. Its not like you will be stuck with the starting salary for ever. My salary changed after my 1st year itself

Cons – The HR is helpful but some times they act little ignorant

Advice to Senior Management – leadership is just awesome

Advice to Senior Management – train your BA's better before sending them to a project. I felt that they just threw me into the mix of the project with no training. they need to have a more defined process for training.

Pros – Good culture, lively teams, not much politics, no dress code, flexible timings & breaks, and good salary

Cons – No technical growth, not suitable for fresh graduates who has urge for knowledge, people with more experience here will have tough time in finding job outside

Pros – Not find any point(except interview!!!)

Cons – They may offer good salary. But you will not be there for more than few months. SInce they through you out even for silly personal issue. I had 4 offers with me but I had attracted by their salary and joined there in Chennai office. But they asked me to quit within very short time. Their project framework or actually someone else. But they act as they are owner for it.

Advice to Senior Management – Lot of partiality even though very minimum number of resource.

Pros – Sagitec is a great company to work for. Operates in a solid business domain - US public and private pension systems. Better compensation compared to similar companies. Flat structure, so no bureaucracy or politics. Friendly work atmosphere. Extends key benefits such as healthcare insurance, etc. equally to all employees.

Cons – Visibility is limited to one's project. Company lacks in communication to employees on business developments.

Advice to Senior Management – Improve in communication to employees on business developments.
