I have been working at Sago Networks (More than a year)

    Pros

If you consider it a "pro" to be able to collect a paycheck for a little while simply pretending to work than this is the place for you. As the lack of effective management and administrative staff in this company allows for many to be able to get away with this mode of operation for a considerably longer period of time than most organizations.

    Cons

You will be disrespected by the Owner and upper management. Your job will be threatened for numerous non-valid reasons continuously throughout your tenure. You will be promised raises, promotions and more, that never come to pass. You will be cheated out of your paycheck whenever it suites upper management. You will be thrown under the bus by your inexperienced co-workers to cover their back-sides. You will be belittled and yelled at by the owner, Mr. Miller Cooper, inevitably.

    Advice to Management

If there were an effective management layer at this company able to receive any advice I wouldn't know where to begin to offer it effectively. I could only simply wish you the best as the true issues with this organization start at the top with the owner Miller Cooper, whom all management would be as equally subject too as any employee.

I worked at Sago Networks full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free parking. Health insurance is 100% paid for. Employees are caring about one another, but can't do much to change the negative culture.

    Cons

Salespeople must do their own lead generation, but it's impossible to build sales momentum within a chosen market. Strategies flip-flop at the whim of the owner. Commitments to customers are not respected and upheld, making repeat sales difficult. Invoices are shorted. Agents are invited to refer Sago business, but many report not getting paid.

    Advice to Management

Develop a plan, reduce it to paper, and stick to it. Let people do their jobs and give them the support they need.
