    Pros

The best reason for working at STLCC-FP, was the knowledge I received in working with others and helping them understand what education that would nterest new students.

    Cons

The cons were the facts that I didn't get enough time to work with others and the fact that it was just a temporary position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management was great. The fact that they let me work on my own and help others gave me a since of being.

    Pros

Teachers are well supported. Some very talented and caring people work there. Benefits and vacation days are generous. Most superiors were supportive and encouraged professional growth.

    Cons

I had a very positive experience working there. However, there could be improvement with their technology department. Slow to respond to users.

    Pros

Hourly pay for employees is decent, people that work at the college are friendly, see them out on weekend and say hi. Working hours are good, no weekends or late evenings. College gives you some many credit hrs per semister to go to school, also get a discount at the bookstore. Safety test every month, and quaterly we get a meal vocture to the cafteria.

    Cons

Not much room for advancement for hourly employees, don't always feel appreciated. People talk behind backs, can't say any thing negative to anyone or it will some back to you. Good for a job while going through school

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give more feedback to employees.
