As long as it's meaningful to news, Christian talk radio, etc - they're great!

    Cons

None to speak of, my experience was great. Can get a bit expensive for air time.

    Pros

Excellent, caring people! Progressive thinking at times. Great work environment. Very good compensation set up for the media industry. Necessary changes made a few years back to strengthen both company and station clusters around the company. Very good at diversifying revenue streams and keeping current with online opportunities. Do well at securing market share in their "wheelhouse".

    Cons

New order and traffic system that is bogging down the sales teams and the sales process. Occasional "reactionary" management style that flows downward impeding sales.

    Advice to Management

Review Sales and traffic system completely, and with a varied survey of sales managers, and "street sellers".

    Pros

there is not much as a pro other than staff meetings and working in a Christian station, 401k match. dental and eye insurance.

    Cons

managers treat others TERRIBLE, no respect for others, they think they own you. Def Bipolar company. very high health insurance not affordable for most people. the pay is VERY LOW and you are doing a bunch of peoples jobs at the same time. they do not value the good work you have done. They only want more and more from you without an increase on respect, or pay. They only care about how much money they are making for the month, they will put anyone on the air as long as they pay.

    Advice to Management

Put real Christian Managers with REAL Christian Characters.

    Pros

Things get done when it comes to putting thing on the air.

    Cons

Low pay, work duties include a ton of work plus some more work on the side. small staff. lower ranking jobs get paid minimal and managers get pay way higher salaries. Be willing to work for free at times. Schedules aren't respected. They will put whatever bring them money on the air, as long as the clients shows them a check. Even if its against Christianity.

    Advice to Management

Raise the salaries of the good hard workers so that they feel appreciated. learn everyone's jobs so you know all the work your people are doing. provide better health benefits like other companies.
