    I have been working at Sales Performance International full-time

    Pros

    Work with people who are smart and dedicate to sales transformation. Smaller company that allows opportunity to learn multiple skills. Hard work and dedication, along with the willingness to do whatever it takes is the type of employees that are valued.

    Cons

    Company is growing and has great ideas, but needs to plan ahead better for future. Could use more cross training across roles. Work / Life balance is not great.

    Pros

    Very good pay, helping others solve sales problems, working with very smart people. Assisting large companies with growing their topline revenue.

    Cons

    Growing too fast and sometimes outpace ourselves relative to hiring needs.

    I have been working at Sales Performance International

    Pros

    SPI is an innovative company led by very experienced, stable, and aggressive leadership that understands how to transform the performance of sales organizations. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the salespeople at their clients, you will do well at SPI.

    Cons

    Senior leadership expects and demands your best effort. They are sometimes brutally honest with their feedback and have a very low tolerance for sub-standard performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    SPI's senior leadership would do well to maintain the aggressive growth mindset and continue to invest in innovative ways to make sure clients actually adopt a Solution Selling approach to it's clients as a key differentiator.
