Pros – SPI is an innovative company led by very experienced, stable, and aggressive leadership that understands how to transform the performance of sales organizations. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the salespeople at their clients, you will do well at SPI.
Cons – Senior leadership expects and demands your best effort. They are sometimes brutally honest with their feedback and have a very low tolerance for sub-standard performance.
Advice to Senior Management – SPI's senior leadership would do well to maintain the aggressive growth mindset and continue to invest in innovative ways to make sure clients actually adopt a Solution Selling approach to it's clients as a key differentiator.
