    Good two years ago, changing into Oracle

    ProsLove the technology, I think it is the best in the market place and can not be beat.

    ConsThe culture has changed, I joined two years ago and there was such a great air of optimism no matter who you talked to, now that air has been deflated from the company. It is quickly changing into a slow corporate culture.

    Advice to Senior ManagementGet back to your roots and what made you great in the first place. You said Oracle was the enemy and now all you do is hire management people from Oracle.

    Not what they say it is

    ProsIncredible technology. Great customer success stories, and an amazingly passionate CEO

    ConsAs far as a sales job goes it is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The territories or account decks are not distributed evenly and there are only a handful of sales people succeeding despite the incredible numbers reported to Wall Street. Managers DO NOT coach; their only job is to manage your pipeline so you are left to out there on your own. As a result turn over is higher than anything I have ever seen

    Advice to Senior ManagementWhile the company is growing at an incredible pace, please do not lose sight of whats important...and that are your people. Great benefits, kotchens and an amazing CEO will help draw people but a great career is what will keep people with the company

    definitely not a start-up

    Prosyour benefits, training, and product will all be top-shelf. there is a huge emphasis on service and giving back.

    Consit's a really lame culture, and you're definitely a cog in a machine. you will never be anything of importance, and if you're coming from a company where you were formerly working close to upper management or inter-departmentally, WATCH OUT...that won't be happening here.

    Advice to Senior Managementwhy is everything so siloed? people are actively discouraged from going beyond the very strictly defined role they have.

    Great strategy, great products, happy customers- yet disappointed

    ProsExciting market space with leadership position, high growth potential
    Our customers love our products and look for more opportunities to leverage the platform
    Salesforce Foundation 1:1:1, Charity Donation Matching, Employee Perks - fantastic
    Onboarding process is really well done. Probably due to the sheer number of new hire bootcamps!

    ConsTerritory carving is a mess.
    Veterans have the lions share of accounts- install and whitespace yet all AEs have the same quota.
    Small percentage of AEs actually make OTE....if you do then you're in Club! I'd rather have a real shot at hitting OTE!!
    Multiyear bookings result in a higher quota the following year that actually negates any increase in year 1 compensation...why? where's the incentive

    Advice to Senior ManagementLevel the playing field acoss the team. You've hired senior people so give the newer people a fighting chance.
    Align the assignments and quotas so there's more than 10% making quota.
    Club should require more than hitting OTE
