Pros – Super smart people. Great clients. Interesting work. All the good perks plus above market pay.
Cons – Starting to get some big company bureaucracy. Politics in some groups is pretty intense. Lots of prep for seemingly small internal meetings.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to keep the entrepreneurial vibe.

Pros – - Friendly, smart, energetic, easy-going, and young people
- A culture that respects work/life balance
- A culture that promotes individual initiative and voice
- One of the best locations in SF for views (of the bay and Bay Bridge), walking-distance food, and happy hour
- Right next to a BART station (Landmark building)
- Great compensation, perks, and benefits
Cons – - No free lunches/dinners, like in some companies. Not really a "con" for me but for some people it might be. I prefer the vast array of real restaurants/food in the area over cafeteria food, but some prefer quantity/price (free) over quality so I thought I'd mention it.

Pros – - People are nice in general. Management is helpful, sometimes pushy but it's fine.
- Social company, happy hours, young crowd, great spirit.
- Great offices and location, desks are huge, you get your own big space.
- Company phone, they give you a free iphone5 32Go with a great plan (att or verizon).
- Free unlimited beverages (great and healthy choice), cereals, snacks, fruits.
- Lots of free extra: clothes, mug, etc.
Cons – - Proprietary technology. You have to learn everything from scratch and put your strong background aside. Black boxes, none standard technologies, you rely on the performances provided by the "cloud".
Advice to Senior Management – nothing to say.

Pros – Great company with good values, wonderfully cared by the top management but screwed up by some indian managers who mimics third world managerial attitude
Cons – some organizations managers are screwed up and makes life hell like the one i work for.. frequent top management changes bringing in new company directions.. still feels like startup mode company with lack of direction in IT.

Pros – Transparent culture, dynamic work environment (we're always acquiring new companies and strategies are always evolving), benefits are great (VTO, generous PTO especially after you've been with the company more than a few years, etc.), bright co-workers that work hard, great location in SF
Cons – I've been with the Company for more than 5 years. The Company is more focused on the bottom-line than when I started (less extravagant holiday parties, fewer offsites, etc.) but maybe it's too be expected as we mature.

Pros – Great working environment, very talented people, great emphasis on culture and maintaining transparency, good benefits as well.
The company has been growing and doing very well in the CRM space and has shared its success with its employees
Cons – No major cons really, but there are challenges to maintain the pros above as the size of the company grows.
