    Pros

The people were great, and the pay was way better than I imagined.

    Cons

I didn't realize I would have to solicit people for credit cards, but it was a huge part of the job. I was already expected to start on my first day. One of my managers told us, "Remember, a 'no' is a request for information." It was just really uncomfortable.

    Pros

It was a pretty easy job and the hours weren't bad. We closed by 8:30 every night so you never had to be there that late.

    Cons

The overall environment was kinda lame. There wasn't a lot of encouragement and incentive was given only by threat of being written up.

    Advice to Management

Lighten up! Like the whole trickle down anger thing really doesn't work. If you get yelled at by corporate, try and get your employees to improve using positive reinforcement. Because if you just in turn go yell at them, eventually they're going to get frustrated and just quit.

    Pros

    The pay
    The hours
    Three week advanced schedule

    Cons

    The three week advanced schedule
How management doesn't review the schedule because the computer generates the schedule for employees.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to review the schedule that the computer generates before posting.
