I have been working at Sam's Club full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

You are able to work nearly anywhere in the world in a position that suits your talent and comfort. I have worked for the company for over a decade and have always felt secure in my employment. My confidence in the company improves each year as I see the desire to grow never outweighs the well being of the people.

    Cons

Compensation for front-line associates, bonus structure, costs associated with health care.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To be a destination for talent, baseline compensation needs to improve.

I have been working at Sam's Club part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Sam's works with my school schedule very well, even allowing me to work only at nights weekdays, and anytime on weekends! My manager was very willing to change my work schedule to fit my school schedule and even recommended that I should keep low hours for now till I get used to college. Then I can upgrade for more time if needed!

    Cons

Got to keep working all the time, and breaks are limited. COS are very nice but sometimes their rules/company policy is too strict to be able to do out jobs properly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Add another 15 min break perhaps? Cart associates do need more time to catch their breaths and keep hydrated.
