Very bad work culture, koreans expect indians to work all night long.
No regards for Personal life , those staying late in office just to njoy the free dinner are treated by managers as hard workers

Look for quality rather than quantity in an employee when judging his performance.
Information flow is really poor , employee grievances should be heard and acted upon. right now they just fall on deaf ears...what ever change happes just tests the employees patience, not all employees have it.

HR doenst have any authority and they only concentrate on making money through contracts [ ppl are caught as well ]

Not for those who want to rise exceptionally fast.

Benefits of rest of Samsung subsidiaries are more than SISO Bangalore.

Its a good company. Good growth etc .. good food, Name of the company says everything about it....

Management is pathetic, no chances for growth , lack of transparency and the future plan changes too quickly and suddenly.

Please respect the employees and there time. keeping the employee in the loop increases his sense of ownership and commitment towards the company and its cause.
