    Energetic, well-funded engineering group

    Intern (Former Employee) Austin, TX

ProsSamsung has a very talented group of capable engineers with a lot of resources behind it. The Austin CPU group was relaxed and easy-going, though I heard that the memory/fab center was much more rigid and strict. You could tell that the company was investing a lot in terms of personnel and resources.

ConsSamsung was hiring people from all the major companies, so there were some culture clashes between ex-AMD/Intel/IBM employees. Some 'clique-ness' existed when it came to presenting ideas.

Advice to Senior Managementimprove the culture and flow of ideas.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    ConsPrivate opinions cannot be accepted.
