I have been working at Samsung Group full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

--Foo, Cab facility, only few brands in delhi ncr

    Cons

    -Bad Management
-No job security now. Employees have to give test, on the project language on which they are working. If they will fail, they will be kicked off(in the name of performance improvement program).
-No domain building takes place, sometimes ask to work on javascript or c++ any day or any other language.
-test are happening regularly. So no job security. Can be fired any time.
-Annual evaluation is linked to test and not on basis of hard work
-Do not treat employees as humans, extreme long working hours 12-15 avg.
-End up on Sat-Sun working normally.
-No one listens if there is problem,
-Lot of pilictics, people keep fighting with each other, no trust of koreans on Indians. Openly says Indians are cheaters.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees as human, evaluate on basis of work

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

    -- Transport
    -- Average pay
    -- Food
    -- Bad work culture

    Cons

-Came to know a policy has started in SRI Delhi (SISC. Samsung) Noida, of taking test in project language, a person is working. If you are php professional, but end up doing C++ project. Then you have to give C++ test. If there are less marks then you will be shown doors. no job security now on wards. These test are suppose to be held now onwards regularly.
-So no job security, no domain building, you will end up messing working in various language and can be fired any time on basis on test(in the name of performance inprovement program)
    - Employees are terrified about their job security
    -Unprofessional management
-Korean management does not trust indian management
