a good name for a resume, the projects are interesting and there is a professional growth.

the company road map for the local site can be unclear for the engineers that are not in a management level.

Good brand, competitive salary package, chance to work on international projects and with other colleagues from other subsidiaries. good colleagues in your team

may need to work longer hours with very short notice. very fast faced company with high workload, not in london

better communication is required between local employees and expat. local heads should be more empowered by top management of company

Company is doing great and respected in the marketplace. Dedicated staff that are willing to work hard and there is lots of opportunity to learn in the beginning of your career.
Cons
The company has poor training and development. Very conservative and promotions and advancement is slow compared to other MNCs. I think it was a great experience for a few years but there are limited opportunities in the long term unless you are korea.

For Samsung to take it to the next level, the company will need to adopt away from the conservative management style.

Very Dynamic Environment , Active Always. Means On my Project there were very high challenges and many technical decision to take, found all people (team) to be very active on that. So you will be active always

Management is really good and responsible, they try their best for employees and Projects based on Business requirements, So overall everything is fine.

Great Work and Home Life Balance

Salaries do not reflect job descriptions or duties. If you do not have an engineering degree or know someone in upper management, you will not go far.

Go to bat for your people with HR during performance review periods. Stop making them go it alone!
