    Cons

Not much career development, stays pretty stagnant, working on similar things year after year. Not much trust between HR and technical people,

    Advice to Management

Try to listen to the concerns of the employees, trust and quality of work, they are pretty related, and try to be fair to everyone.

    Pros

Business trips to different places in worlds is surely a plus point. You also get paid hence more income.

    Cons

Nothing much to learn. Also many managers are not that knowledgeable. They will only try to pull you back. Consider you their slave.

    Advice to Management

Human Resource sucks here. Please let engineers do their work. What's with the 9 hour policy. Grow up or play with te lives of your kids.

I worked at Samsung Noida Lab full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Nice salary package - Good Infrastucture - Pantry services - Transport service These are only a few things that I could find in favour of employees, but unfortunately none of them relates to your work or HR services or personnel management. Rest all it depends on your team. Fortunately the team I worked with was awesome, seniors always encouraged to come up with something new and advance but the higher management...you know... But still since the work was new and was in initial stage so I got to learn so much and that's why I spent this long time there. So believe me its all your luck sometimes.

    Cons

    - Too many restictions...related to time mainly. You have to sit at your seats too at particular times. - Stay at office without any reason and may have to come on weekends. - You can't carry your favourite music player inside. - So much of checking and all....just like you are gonna enter/exit top secret Fed building. - Food is free but average quality..you may find some worm sometime in your fruit bowl ;)

    Advice to Management

Please don't make it so much restrictive that instead of finding efficiency you just end up with a lot of suffocation. Also you guys are also Indians so please don't manage the employees for your image before your masters.
